By placing an order, you agree that we store and use your data in our operations to fulfill and provide the service you expect from us.
2. Payment
Payments are processed via Klarna, PayPal, ShopPay, or credit card.
3. Order Process
3.1 Order Confirmation
Shortly after completing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. If you do not see it in your inbox, check your spam folder. If you haven’t received anything within 24 hours, please contact our customer service at support@corebyd.com.
3.2 Pre-Orders
Sometimes, items sell out quickly. However, you can still purchase your CORE before it’s back in stock through pre-order. This means the factory will produce your CORE on demand. Once your item is ready, it will be shipped directly to you.
3.3 Using a Discount Code
To redeem your discount code, enter it at checkout before completing the shipping and payment details. Click “Add a discount code” to find where to input your code.
🚨 Forgot to use a discount code? Unfortunately, it cannot be applied after the order has been placed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Shipping Policy
Due to high demand for our products, delivery may take a little longer.
• Handling time: Up to 3 days
• Delivery time: 8–14 days
We carefully pack each order to ensure safe and secure shipping. You will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.
Cost of customs, if applied, are ALWAYS included in the shipping cost!
4.2 Tracking & Carriers
• DHL for Europe
• PostNord for Sweden
🚨 Important Notes:
• Tracking updates may be delayed. If you do not see any changes right away, please be patient.
• Your package will only be trackable once it has arrived in your country and has been scanned.
4.3 Uncollected Packages
If you fail to collect your package, a fee of 15 € will be charged for the handling of the return.
4.4 International Shipping
Yes! We ship internationally because the love for horses is universal.
5. Modifying or Cancelling an Order
5.1 Cancelling an Order
Our system is fast and efficient. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you’ve just placed your order and wish to cancel, contact us immediately at support@corebyd.com. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee cancellation.
5.2 Changing an Order
Once an order is placed, modifications such as size, color, or adding products are not possible. If something isn’t as intended, simply return the item once received and place a new order.
5.3 Updating Shipping Address
Your shipping address can be updated only if the package has not been dispatched yet. If the package has already been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot make further adjustments.
6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 Return Policy
You have 14 days to reconsider your purchase. However, we can only accept unused products with all original packaging intact.
You may open the packaging and examine the product to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality. However, if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary, we reserve the right to apply a 50% depreciation deduction.
🚨 Examples of excessive handling:
• Visible signs of use (e.g., horse hair or dirt)
• Missing original bags and/or fasteners
• Training bands have been mounted or appear to have been mounted
6.2 Return Process
1. Photographs Before Return
• Before returning a product, you must take clear photographs of the items and send them to us for approval at support@corebyd.com.
• We would appreciate it if you could let us know why you are returning your CORE by D, so we can continue to improve.
2. Assessment of Product Condition
• If the product is unused and in new condition, we will refund 100% of the product value.
• If the product shows signs of use, we will only refund 50% of the product value.
3. Refund Processing
• Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the product.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. However, we provide a return label, and the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund.
💡 Tip: Always contact us before returning your item to avoid issues! If we are unaware that a package is on the way, you may not receive your refund.
6.3 Return Costs & Multiple Orders
• The buyer is responsible for the full return cost, unless the product is defective.
• If returning multiple orders, each order must be returned separately.
6.4 Timeframe for Return Processing
It typically takes about 1 week for a return to reach our warehouse. If you need an update, feel free to reach out to support@corebyd.com.
6.5 Exchange Options
We do not offer exchanges at the moment. However, you can return your item and place a new order.
7. Claims & Quality Assurance
7.1 Claims Process
Quality is at the heart of our brand. If you encounter any issues with our products, please contact us at support@corebyd.com, and we’ll assist you. The more details you provide, the quicker we can resolve the situation.
7.2 Received a Damaged Package?
If your package arrives damaged, document it immediately with photos and contact us at support@corebyd.com. We’ll assist you right away!
7.3 Refund for Returns & Claims
Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
🚨 Refund Conditions:
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• If the product shows signs of use, only 50% of the product value will be refunded, as we do not resell used products. Alternatively, if you prefer to have it sent back to you, we can arrange the return shipment and issue an invoice for the shipping cost.
8. Pricing & Promotions
• Price reductions and promotions are time-limited. The current price in the online store applies and cannot be adjusted retroactively.
• Price changes after ordering: If the price of an item drops after you’ve placed your order, it cannot be adjusted. Instead, you may return the product and place a new order at the current price.
9. Store Information
9.1 Physical Store Availability
We are an exclusively online store. But we will meet you in bigger Horse Events such as Falsterbo Horse Show.
