  • Anyone who wants to build strength, balance and body awareness in their horse will benefit from CORE by D. It is a 2-in-1 solution — a high-quality saddle pad that also functions as a training aid. Clip on the elastic bands to activate key muscle groups during movement. Remove them when you are done. One product, two uses.

  • CORE by D is built on proven training principles, refined with modern design, durable materials and thoughtful details — including a stop edge that prevents the pad from slipping. The result is a comfortable and effective experience for both horse and rider.

  • Training methods are based on shared principles, and a horse's anatomy sets the framework. Similarities with other products may occur.

  • Yes. CORE by D is available in a range of colours.

  • Yes. The bands come with the necessary buckles and can be used with most standard saddle pads.

  • Yes. The saddle pad comes with the necessary buckles and is compatible with most standard training bands.

  • CORE by D currently offers saddle pads for dressage saddles in most sizes. A jumping saddle pad is in development and will be introduced to the range in due course.

  • The saddle pad can be machine washed on a gentle cycle at 30°C. The training bands should be rinsed under running water only — do not machine wash.

Your order

  • An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided shortly after your order is placed. If it does not appear in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you have not received anything within 24 hours, contact us at support@corebyd.com.

  • If an item is out of stock, you may still place an order. Your product will be produced and shipped as soon as it is ready. You will be notified when it is on its way.

  • Enter your discount code at checkout before completing your order. Click 'Add a discount code' to find the field.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you have just placed your order and wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at support@corebyd.com. We will do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee cancellation at that stage.

  • Once an order is placed, changes to size, colour or products are not possible. If something is not as intended, please return the item once received and place a new order. The shipping address can be updated if the order has not yet been dispatched — contact us at support@corebyd.com as soon as possible.

  • CORE by D is an online store. You may also find us at selected equestrian events.

  • Promotions and price reductions are time-limited. The price at the time of purchase applies and cannot be adjusted retroactively.

  • If the price of an item decreases after your order is placed, we are unable to adjust the price. You are welcome to return the product and place a new order at the current price.

  • Discount codes cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.

  • If you have entered an incorrect address and your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately at support@corebyd.com. Once a package has been dispatched to an incorrect address, we are unable to make further adjustments.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Use the tracking number provided with your purchase to follow your package. Packages are shipped from our European warehouse and may take a few days before appearing in the postal system. The package will not be trackable until it has arrived in the destination country and been scanned. (DHL for Europe, PostNord for Sweden)

  • Once your order is placed, our team begins carefully packing your items. Please allow up to 3 days for us to prepare your order.

  • Your package is shipped from our European warehouse, and delivery usually takes 8–14 days. You will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey. Please note:

    • Tracking updates may sometimes be delayed.

    • The package will only be traceable with the chosen logistics partner once it has arrived in your country and has been scanned there.

  • If an item has a specified shipping date, your package will be shipped on that day and should arrive within 7-11 days from the specified date.

  • If 15 days have passed and your items have not been received, please contact our support team at support@corebyd.com.

  • If you are unable to collect your package, please contact us. A fee of 15 € will be charged for the handling of returning your package, and an additional invoice will be sent to you.

  • If you are concerned that your package may have been lost, first check your tracking number. If more than 15 days have passed, please contact us at support@corebyd.com.

  • Yes. CORE by D ships internationally. We work with carriers worldwide to deliver to customers globally.

Returns, Exchanges & Complaints

  • You have 14 days to reconsider your purchase. Please note that we can only accept returns for products in unused condition with all packaging intact.

    You may open the packaging and examine the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

    However, to return a product, it must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging.If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality, we reserve the right to apply a 50% depreciation deduction.

    Examples of excessive handling include:

    • Visible signs of use (e.g., horse hair or dirt)

    • Missing the correct bags and/or fasteners

    • If the training bands have been mounted or clearly appears to have been mounted


  • 1. Photographs Before Return

    Before returning the product, please take clear photographs of the items and send them to us for approval at support@corebyd.com. This applies to all parts of the set (for example, saddle pads and training bands).

    Please also let us know why you would like to return the saddle pad, so that we can continue to improve.

    2. Assessment of the Product's Condition

    • If the product is unused and in new condition when we receive it, we will refund 100% of the product value.

    • If the product is determined to be used—for instance, if the training bands have been fitted or the saddle pad shows signs of use—we will only refund 50% of the product value. Since we cannot sell a used product as new and we do not offer second-hand sales, any item that shows signs of use will be subject to this reduced refund.

    3. Refund

    We will begin processing your refund once the return has been approved and the product has been received and assessed.

  • The buyer is responsible for the full return cost unless the reason for the return is that the item is defective. In such cases, we will cover the return cost.

  • Please note that we cannot process returns for items from different orders in a single shipment. Each order must be returned separately.

  • It typically takes about a week from when you send your package for it to arrive at our warehouse. If you would like to check the status, please contact us at support@corebyd.com.

  • At the moment, we do not offer exchanges. However, don’t worry. Our 14-day return policy is designed to give you plenty of time to make your decision.

  • Quality is at the heart of our brand. If you encounter any issues with our products, please contact us at support@corebyd.com, and we will assist you further. The more detailed information you can provide, the more efficiently we can resolve the situation.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please document it immediately with photographs and contact us at support@corebyd.com. We will assist you promptly.

  • Once a return has been approved, you can expect the refund to be processed within five business days, directly to the payment method originally used.
