Can I buy training bands and use them with my old saddle pad from another supplier?

Yes, absolutely! The bands come with the necessary buckles, so you can easily thread the new, fresh bands into your old saddle pad.

Can I buy a saddle pad and use it with my old training bands from another supplier?

Yes, absolutely! The saddle pad comes with the necessary buckles, so you can easily attach your existing bands to the new saddle pad.

How to clean CORE by D for extended durability?

Our products are easy to maintain. The saddle pad can be machine washed on a gentle cycle, preferably at 30°C.The training bands can be easily rinsed under running water, and should NOT be machein washed.

Is the saddle pad suitable for all saddles?

Currently, CORE by D offers saddle pads for dressage saddles in most sizes. In the first quarter of 2025, jumping saddle pads will also be introduced as part of the range.

Confirmation of your order

Shortly after completing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. If it doesn’t appear in your inbox, don’t forget to check your spam folder. If you haven’t received anything within 24 hours, please feel free to contact our customer service.

What is preorder?

Sometimes items are so popular that they sell out quickly. But don’t worry, you can still purchase your CORE before it’s back in stock. This means the factory will produce your CORE on demand, known as a pre-order. As soon as your CORE is produced, it will be shipped directly to you.

How to use your discount code

To redeem your discount code, enter it at checkout before completing the shipping and payment details. Click the text "Add a discount code" to find where to input your code.

Is It possible to cancel an order?

Our system is fast and efficient, which means that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you've just placed your order and wish to cancel, contact us immediately at support@corebyd.com, and we will do our best to assist you. However, we cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible.

Can I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Once your order is placed, it’s not possible to make changes such as sizes, colors, or adding products. If something isn’t as you intended, simply return the item once you receive it and place a new order.

However, the shipping address can be updated if the item hasn’t been dispatched yet. If the package has already been sent to an incorrect address you provided, unfortunately, we cannot make further adjustments.

Are there physical stores?

Nope, we're an exclusively online store!

Regarding promotions

Price reductions and promotions are time-limited. The current price in the online store applies and cannot be adjusted retroactively.

Price changes after ordering

If you notice that the price of an item has dropped after placing your order, it’s not possible to adjust the price. In this case, you can return the product and place a new order at the current price.

Forgot to use a discount code

If you forgot to apply your discount code when placing your order, unfortunately, it cannot be added afterward.

Entered the wrong address

Mistakes happen. If you realize you've provided an incorrect address and your order hasn't been shipped yet, please email us immediately at support@corebyd.com.

Important: Double-check your address before confirming your order. If the package has already been sent to the wrong address, unfortunately, there's not much we can do.

Shipment&Delivery

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking number provided with your purchase to follow your package. We’re working as quickly as possible to process all orders.

Packages are shipped from the European warehouse, and it may take a few days before they appear in the postal system. The package will not be trackable until it has arrived in the destination country and been scanned. (DHL for Europe, PostNord for Sweden)

When will my order be shipped?

Once your order is placed, our team begins carefully packing your items. Please allow up to 3 days for us to prepare your order.

When will my package arrive?

Your package is shipped from our European warehouse, and delivery usually takes 8–14 days. You will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. Please note:

• Tracking updates may sometimes be delayed, so don’t worry if you don’t see any changes right away.

• The package will only be trackable with the chosen logisticspartner once it has arrived in your country and has been scanned there.

From the date my order is shipped, how long is the delivery time?

If an item has a specified shipping date, it means your package will be shipped on that day and should arrive within 7-11 days from the specified date.

It’s been more than 15 days now?

If 15 days have passed and your items haven’t arrived, please contact our support team at support@corebyd.com.

Uncollected packages

Life isn’t always perfect, and sometimes you just don’t have time to collect your package. Please note that a fee of 15 € will be charged for the handling of returning your package. No worries, though, we’ll take care of it for you!

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! CORE started in Sweden, but the love for horses is universal.

Returns

You have 14 days to reconsider your purchase. Please note that we can only accept returns for products in unused condition with all packaging intact.

You may open the packaging and examine the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

However, to return a product, it must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging.If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality, we reserve the right to apply a 50% depreciation deduction.

Examples of excessive handling include:

• Visible signs of use (e.g., horse hair or dirt)

• Missing the correct bags and/or fasteners

• If the training bands have been mounted or clearly appears to have been mounted

Return process

1. Photographs Before Return

Before returning the product, you must take clear photographs of the items and send them to us for approval at support@corebyd.com. This applies to all parts of the set (for example, saddle pads and trainingbands).

2. Assessment of the Product’s Condition

• If the product is unused and in new condition when we receive it, we will refund 100% of the product value.

• If the product is determined to be used—for instance, if the training bands have been fitted or the saddle pad shows signs of use—we will only refund 50% of the product value. Since we cannot sell a used product as new and we do not offer second-hand sales, any item that shows signs of use will be subject to this reduced refund.

3. Refund

We will begin processing the refund once we have received and inspected the products, as well as reviewed the photographs that were sent before the return.

Please note that the initial shipping cost is non-refundable.

• The cost of returning the product to us is the responsibility of the customer. However, we do provide a return label for convenience, and the cost of this label will be deducted from your final refund.

It’s important to reach out to us before sending your item back so we’re aware that we’ll be receiving your package 😊. If we are unaware that a parcel is on its way we might miss it and you will not receive your refund.

Cost of return

The buyer is responsible for the full return cost unless the reason for the return is that the item is defective. In such cases, we will cover the return cost.

Multiple orders in one return?

Please note that we cannot process returns for items from different orders in a single shipment. Each order must be returned separately.

Received a damaged package?
